Apostille & Notary Services
Apostify handles apostille authentication, notarizations, and document legalization — fast, accurate, and with personal attention from start to finish.
Start by sending a clear photo or scan of your documents directly to us via WhatsApp or through our website form. We handle everything from there.
We thoroughly analyze your paperwork to ensure it meets strict government guidelines. We determine if it requires a certified translation, check if the notary wording complies with state law, and map out the exact process required.
Once our review is complete, we provide you with a comprehensive, upfront quote detailing the total cost and processing time. After you review and confirm the quote, we finalize the order details and securely initiate your filing.
We submit your paperwork directly to the Department of State (DOS) to secure your official international Apostille. Once issued, we safely return your fully legalized documents straight to your door via secure, certified mail.

A Hague Apostille is an official certification that validates the authenticity of a public document so it can be recognized in any of the 125+ countries that are part of the Hague Convention. It is issued by a competent authority — in the U.S., that is the Secretary of State or the U.S. Department of State — and it confirms that the signatures, seals, or stamps on your document are legitimate.
All member countries of the Hague Convention of 1961 accept apostilled documents. This includes most of Europe, Latin America, and many countries in Asia and Africa — such as Spain, Mexico, Colombia, Italy, Germany, Argentina, Brazil, Portugal, and over 100 more. If your destination country is not a member of the Convention, a different legalization process may be required, and our team can guide you through it.
Most official documents can be apostilled, including birth certificates, marriage certificates, divorce decrees, death certificates, academic diplomas and transcripts, FBI background checks, notarized documents, and corporate documents. If you are unsure whether your document qualifies, send us a message and we will let you know.
Processing times vary depending on the issuing state and the type of document. In general, the process takes between 5 and 15 business days. Expedited options are available for urgent cases. Once we receive your document, we will give you an estimated timeline based on your specific situation.
Pricing depends on the type of document, the issuing state, and whether translation is needed. Contact us for a personalized quote — we are transparent about our fees with no hidden charges.
In many cases, yes. If your document is in English and the destination country requires it in another language — or vice versa — a certified translation must accompany the apostilled document. We offer both services together so you can submit everything in one complete package.
No, an Apostille must always be issued by the exact same state where the document originated. For example, a state’s Department of State office can only authenticate public records or notary signatures that were commissioned within its own borders.
If you have a document from another state, let us know! We can often coordinate with our nationwide network to manage out-of-state filings and handle the logistics for you.
Tell us about your document and we will get back to you within one business day with a clear plan and quote.
We will assist you as soon as possible.
